- Product Introduction
The Bull gear for Lurgi gasfier is a key component in the equipment. Its main function is to transmit the power generated by the power source (such as a motor) to the working device , so that it can perform actions.
The gear generally needs to have high strength and toughness to withstand the large torque and impact force generated during the gasfier process. In addition, its precision requirements are also relatively high to ensure that the power can be transmitted efficiently and stably, reducing energy loss and equipment failure.
Product features and applications
(1) Raw materials: Gear is made of 40CrNi2Mo alloy steel.
(2) Production process: forged by forging process, then heat treated by appropriate heat treatment process, and finally machined.
(3) Production equipment: forging press, heat treatment furnace, CNC machine tool.
