Front Idler Assembly

Front Idler assembly is part of the mechanical transmission system of the electric shovel.

It is generally composed of an idler, an idler shaft, a tensioning shaft seat, a bushing, a retaining ring and some auxiliary fixing devices. During the operation of the electric shovel, its main function is to assist the transmission, change the direction of power transmission or adjust the transmission ratio, so that the power can be better transmitted to the working parts of the electric shovel, such as the bucket.
