Lip Shroud for excavator is located in the middle of the bucket lip of the electric shovel. Its main function is to protect the bucket lip, which is a key part. 1. Material characteristics
Lip Shroud for excavator usually uses materials with high strength, high hardness and high wear resistance. For example, alloy cast steel is used, which has good comprehensive mechanical properties and can withstand greater pressure and friction. Some middle sheaths also use surface hardening treatment technology, such as carburizing, quenching and other processes, to further improve their surface hardness, making them less likely to be damaged when they come into contact with sharp or hard materials.
2. Structural characteristics
The structure of Lip Shroud for excavator is generally designed to fit the shape of the middle of the bucket lip. If the bucket lip is curved, the middle sheath will also be a corresponding arc to ensure a tight fit and provide all-round protection.
