Precautions For Bucket Replacement

The following precautions should be taken during the process of replacing the bucket:
(1) When striking the pin shaft with a hammer, metal shavings may fly into the eyes, causing serious injury. When performing this operation, always wear goggles, safety helmets, gloves, and other protective equipment.
(2) When unloading the bucket, it should be placed steadily.
(3) Strike the pin with force, the pin may fly out and harm people around it. Therefore, before striking the shaft again, the safety of surrounding personnel should be ensured.
(4) When disassembling the pin shaft, special attention should be paid not to stand under the bucket, nor to place your feet or any part of your body under the bucket. When disassembling or installing the pin shaft, for safety reasons, it is necessary to clarify the signals and work carefully with the personnel involved in the connection work.
